Kyle Swicegood
Kyle Swicegood in a native to Davie County. He graduated from Davie High School in 1985. He later graduated of Catawba College in Salisbury, NC with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in marketing. He graduated from the Lewis & Clarke School of Real Estate in 1991.
Kyle has continued to increase his knowledge in real estate through postgraduate studies through the Commercial Real Estate Institute located in Chicago, IL, receiving the designation Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in June of 2000. In October of 2005 he was awarded the ALC, Accredited Land Consultant designation in San Francisco, CA.
Kyle has served on various civic positions. More pointedly, he is past President of the Davie County Board of Realtors in 1995. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Mocksville, a member of the Winston Salem Regional Association of Realtors, the CCIM Institute, and the Realtor Land Institute. He also serves on the Salem Pregnancy Board of Directors.
Kyle is well-versed in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. He can create and analyze pro-formas for all types of income producing property.
When Kyle’s not working hard in the real estate business, you’ll find him with his most important asset… his family. They enjoy fly-fishing the streams of Western North Carolina, riding challenging rides on their road bikes or mountain bikes and enjoying Steamboat Colorado annually.

Matthew Neely
Matthew Neely was born and raised in Statesville, NC. He graduated from Statesville High School in 1996, and he later graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2000 with a BA in Business/Economics. He commissioned in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC as a field artillery officer.
Upon leaving active duty in 2004 and entering into the reserves, Matt worked with an apartment management company out of Greensboro, NC. During that time he filled every position associated with multifamily developments from property manager to assistant in maintenance. After spending one year with the company on three separate properties, Matt was activated to serve in Iraq as a captain with 6th Civil Affairs Group from 2005 to 2006.
Matt is currently enrolled with the Commercial Real Estate Institute to receive the CCIM designation, and he holds a North Carolina real estate license. Aside from working as a commercial broker, Matt also works as a loan originator for developers and owners interested in using FHA insured loans regarding constructing, refinancing, purchasing, or renovating apartment properties.
When Matt’s not working hard in the real estate business, you’ll find him with his most important and newly formed asset…his family. Karen and Matt enjoy spending time at the barn in Greenville, SC with their horse, Harley and their dog, Dixie.
