Swicegood wins First Runner Up Auctioneer State Rookie Bid Calling Championship

Kyle Swicegood won 1st runner up in the bid calling contest sponsored by the Auctioneers Association of North Carolina at their recent convention in Concord, North Carolina. There are over 2000 licensed auctioneers in North Carolina and anyone that has had their license for less than two years was eligible to enter in this competition. The Auctioneers Association of North Carolina was formed in 1960 to promote auction marketing and to educate auctioneers in the latest auction marketing techniques. Conventions are held twice each year to conduct educational seminars and other events, such as auctioneer and advertising contests, to promote auctioneers and auction marketing.
